The advanced dental care team is led by Dentist (Prosthodontist) Shankar Iyer, DDS, MDS. Dr. Iyer is an internationally recognized authority on dental implants. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Iyer has lectured in over 36 countries and served as a keynote speaker at more than 150 symposia in Implant Dentistry and Prosthodontics. He is also the Past President of AAID (American Academy of Implant Dentistry). Dr. Iyer holds faculty appointments at four Universities in the US. He has trained over 5,000 dentists worldwide over 30 years.

He holds two appointments in the Departments of Periodontics and Prosthodontics at Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine. He has authored several book chapters and has published in peer-reviewed journals. Patients come from all over the world for his skill, care, and judgement.
