Honestly when I visited Smile USA for the first time, I was impressed with all clean facility and smiling staff. According to me , that only doesn't define the quality of service for the patients. However when Dr. Chitra started my procedure with her expert hands , I think I became 100% confident about Smile USA . All Staff including Janet and Asst to Dr. Chitra was helpful and friendly. This place is amazing. Great ambiance,clean and the staff is great. Very friendly . Valerie the receptionist is simply delightful. Very welcoming. I have been to many different dentist facilities but this place makes me feel comfortable.

It was my first visit for a consultation; the receptionist welcome me with a warm and friendly attitude. The office is state of the art, just beautiful. I was extremely pleased with the staff and friendly encounter. All my questions were answered. I am afraid of dentist, but the environment is awesome and that made me feel a little less nervous. This was a dental experience like none I've ever had before. On top of the premises being beautifully up-kept and the tools and examination rooms looking state of the art, the staff were extremely professional and courteous. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I walked in.

I was very nervous and apprehensive. Dr. Iyer, his wife and their staff took great care to ease my fears, walk me through the process and the staff took turns holding my hand. Dr. Iyer took the time to explain the steps he was doing to help me understand better. By time I walked out of the office, I felt at ease and looking forward to finish treatment he has laid out for me.
